Fallen Angels 14/ Sky Captain insert 0

I came across this book, it's Fallen Angels 14, and it's in a printed poly bag with a CD of Sky Captain Movie extras. I don't see any on eBay or MCS. Anyone know how rare they are? How they were distributed?

And MCS has it for $2.40 if VF. The "#14P" means "polybagged" and the "#14U" means unbagged.

So, doesn't look to be rare, but 9.8s of the book MIGHT be tough since the bagging process and having a CD insert would lead to lots of opportunities for damage. Not sure that there's a market for 9.8's of this title though. I think stuff like this is cool, though!

So all the polybagged copies have the Sky Captain insert?  That's disappointing.  Guess I'll toss it in my weird variant box and let someone else deal with it eventually.

The only "rare" book with the Sky Captain insert is Identity Crisis 4. The insert should have been in the centerfold, and they pulled them but a few preview ones got out. Like this one.
