Very cool. I'm no expert, but to my eye, your sig looks legit. Most of the criminal fakers are putting their fake Kirby sigs on comics - not on good condition programs from 4-decade old comic book conventions.

And there's one detail in your signature that makes me think it's real. 

Sorry to be vague, but the fakers read the same message boards as us. Most recently someone asked us for help identifying legit Kirby sigs and as soon as we told him which ones were legit, he put the fake ones up on eBay...

Congrats on having it - I'm jealous!
