Saw this one at a shop today and I couldn’t pass it up for over half off cover.  My omnibus purchasing has really been Guardians focused recently.

What if? Omnibus Vol 2 is slotted for release December 2021!  I will definitely be preordering a copy.  The real question is what do I do with my long box full of What If? Comics.  Should I sell them?

As a side note, I have two omni's coming in the mail to look forward to: New X-Men and Tomb of Dracula Vol 1.  Nothing like some nice reading on a cold winter's day!

Gave me a scare, thought I'd already missed what if volume 1! Looks like it hits in March. Those will be definite pick-ups for me.

Those are two great volumes for a cold winter weekend! Morrison's X-Men was such a breath of fresh air, and did such interesting things with the concept. Hickman's high concept X-Men stands on Morrison's shoulders. And Tomb of Dracula, that sweet bronze horror, nuff said!

Today, I got a belated b-day gift from the in-laws, the last Don Rosa gift set. So, I’ve once again completed the collection for a second time. Won’t be selling again!

My Fanta Barks/Rosa set is nearly up to date. I think I’m missing one Barks Donald gift set, and the two most recent Barks Scrooge books. Love the material, and Fantagraphics has done such a nice job on the presentation. Really lovely books all around.

Just saw the notice from IST that due to weather, they won't have the books online for sale today, likely won't go up until Thursday. Of course, this happens on the one week where I'm actually paying attention and was loaded up and ready to go! Ah well. Plan on getting UXM 4 DM variant and may grab the Howard the Duck 300 DM variant as well.

I preordered the Deluxe Marvel Handbook that's coming out shortly.  I just saw a sneak preview on You Tube and I'm super excited.  I know that it's completely out of date, but the whole 80's nostalgia aspect can't be overlooked.

I remember trying to put together a whole set back in the day and it was challenging.  For a early teen boy, they were incredibly expensive to purchase on my paper route monies.

I'm also looking forward to that one! I was all about compendia such as that when I was a kid. I never had a complete set of the comics, but I the boud character books from the Marvel Super Heroes RPG, which cribbed a lot of the artwork and info from the OHMU, and added roleplaying stats. I spent hours and days poring over those sheets. This omni and the DC Who's Who are two of my most anticipated, for sure!

I've pre-ordered the new printings for Fantastic Four omnis volumes 2 and 3 that are to be released this July. I bought the first volume when it was released but stupidly didn't order the subsequent ones.

Also pre-ordered the What If? omni (Perez cover, of course). Contains issues 1-15, 17-22; but missing #16 the Shang-Chi issue for some reason.

The content in Volume Three represents the last hurrah in my X-Men reading back in my youth.

I stopped at V3. I certainly never read any of the Jim Lee stuff.

I've contemplated picking up the two Claremont-Lee Omnis to (eventually) have a continual UXM run but haven't bit the bullet. At this point, I may as well go all in.
