for it to be official, I think you have to do it on the HOS forum itself. And they expect you to back it up with reasons. Though I think you could probably just link to their handful of threads. You also have to notify the offender that you're putting them on there.  I suspect Schwarmy would have no idea what any of it meant anyways.

But really, the troll would just create a new profile and start the antics all over again.
