I know that to have a signed book a witness has to be there to have it be a CGC Signature Series (yellow label).But I was wondering if I sent in a signed book from Dynamic Forces and it was signed and numbered with a certificate of Authenticity would that qualify for a Signature Series (Yellow label)?.
