both books are graded 8.5 from CGC is 1800 to much per book? any help would be great

You can look up past sales of books here and determine where the market is at. My guess is Stan Lee autos are still inflated right now but you can be the judge.

If it were me and cost was not a problem, I’d go with Stan Lee and then try to add John Romita.

Romita was the cover artist so he was directly involved with the book so this another consideration too.

As for the signature, in the end it’s really all about preference, availability and cost.

The price is to high. You can get a CGC 8.5  book with both for about that price.
