PGM FF king size special 6 0

great looking copy, very clean and glossy. but i discovered that one page inside had a decent sized rip. it's around an inch or inch and a half long. how does this impact the grade of my book?

8.0ish+ but rip would bring it down to about a 7.0/7.5 to me

agreed.  looks like an apparent VF, but the interior tear will knock it down. 

I think 7.0 is the worst case scenario
