Trying to track down a Jerry Lewis comic 0

All I remember is Jerry Lewis was at a drive in theater and a chinese chef was yelling at him for ruining his "Won-Ton, Egg Roll And Egg Fu Yung!!"

If it really bugs you, all the "Adventures of Steve Martin and Jerry Lewis" and "Adventures of Jerry Lewis" comics can be read online at Read Comic Online. I looked at the covers on ComicVine. Issue #96 is of a drive-in, but there is no scene like what you are describing in the comic.
