Archie’s Madhouse #27 Grading Guesses, Please 0

I know stains are evil spawns of hell and I don’t think pressing the book would do much but I really wanted to get at least a placeholder copy for now and might consider even sending this copy off to CGC when it arrives. Seller says PQ is OW/W too.

Any guesses on what CGC would hit it with???

We saw book like this in the grading contest last year it was graded CGC 6.5 I believe. We all guessed lower around 4.5 and were very surprised. There was talk of the GA bump in that case, which is estimated to be about 1 full point. I would say your book could get a 5.0-6.0, moderate soiling is allowed in those grades. Without the soiling the book looks to be in the 7.0 -7.5 range. We start there on a book like this, then try to figure out how severe the defect is -1 point, -2 points and so on.
