CGC et al Prevails in Defamation Lawsuit

I am pleased to report that today the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District in Philadelphia granted the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by CGC et al. and dismissed the lawsuit filed by Matthew & Emily Meyers, and their company, in its entirety. A copy of the decision is available to read here:

The Meyers have 30 days to appeal.

As the Court noted, "truth is an absolute defense...."

You go cgc. This is why cgc is far more respected and valuable than its competitors. Cgc held itself to a high standard as did heritage auctions and refused to certify books that went beyond restoration into the realm of recreation. I’m glad every slab I own is cgc certified.
