Interior married. Piece out first page and a small pieces of tape on most pages sealing an edge tear. Spine is 90% split.

Let me understand this. The interior is married. I assume the cover is detached. I assume the interior pages are detached and held on by tape. With the large piece missing it is probably Incomplete. There are stains, chips, chews, and writing. Are you guys grading it a Blue 1.0 or a Qualified 1.0 ?

It would be qualified. The interior pages are held together by the staples.
