I am starting to realize that slabbing mediocre keys may be more worthwhile than high grade non keys.  I don't like the way this book presents but others have said it is fine with them.  So many people just want keys keys keys...

I will take my guess, 6.0 with a press.

Sadly, even a 6.0 would make this only a 300 dollar book (at best).  It won't be getting slabbed.

the right edge color breaking wear and tear is ugly, but the rest of the book is very nice. 

CGC 6.0 as is.  may hit 6.5 with a clean and press mainly for the back cover
