I picked up a small lot of 95% NON-superhero Golden age books pretty much just for this book and a Detective..But would love to grade/price this correctly for trade purposes .

It had a dog eared upper right cover since the beginning of time  with a small tear there also..some spine splits top and bottom cover(rip on bottom also),no ripped pages. cover and center pages still fully attached at staples  

Maybe a G+? 2.0? Thanks everyone!! Jeff

Thanks again guys! Tough book to gauge as there havent been alot of sales of it.. Ill post it and if it sells/trades right away Ill know I priced it too cheap..
