Hoping you Golden age grading gurus can help me learn more about the condition of this book. My own notes are below. Thank you!

1. tape on bottom of the spine

2. tape on back cover near the staple

3. there are 28 pages not including the front and back cover. it sort of looks like some page might've been cut out but the cut is super straight. hoping to learn about why it looks like this or if there are page(s) missing.

I'm pretty sure that extra strip of paper is 'as printed' from around this era... the printer's solution to fasten in single pages on the other side of the staple. I'd guess 4.0 give or take. Nice one!
