Unfortunately previous original owner wrote the issue number in ink as shown. Slight tanning to inside edges of covers and cream(that cheap paper!)supple pages. I bet it looks even better in hand. 7.5 is probably about right depending on how the writing / tanning goes down. I've seen worse looking 8.5's though I have to say.
