It wasn't, it's still open:

 

From the evidence, it looks like a moderator decided Golden Age was the wrong forum for a post with Golden Age content, so moved it from 'Golden Age' to 'Golden Age':

They changed the thread title, adding 'REMOVED - posting guidelines' to it, to show the change in the Golden Age forum, and then forgot to delete that part from the actual thread itself in Golden Age. 

I think it's a called a mistake on top of a mistake. Possibly on top of a further mistake. 

The boards are so slow lately (I mean in performance terms) that maybe the mod got bored waiting for something to happen and gave up. Many of us are not that far behind them, if so :juggle:
