Yeah I agree. I’ve seen 5.5’s and it’s not even close. I think 6.5 conservatively is possible on the low end though.

8.5 IMHO if it's just a mark. Nice book regardless

 

So it’s like a very small scuff mark/surface wear. It doesn’t protrude through the interior and isn’t a tear. I would think they may actually enhance that area some when it’s pressed, but yeah it is there and is a defect to take note of.
