Hello, I found a Books of Magic #1 online for sale and I was wondering what condition you guys think it is. I do not own the book. However, I am very interested in buying it. These are the pictures the seller sent me. Let me know what you guys think. Thank you and have a great day

These Prestige format books are always tough. Depending how bad the wear is at the bottom.

Really? That bad? I think the book is in a bit better shape than that...

Like I said, prestige books are tough to grade, especially one with speckles all over it.

 The wear along the bottom concerns me, but hard to tell from the pics.

The corners are sharp, and it does seem nice and flat, as if it has never been opened/read. So maybe you would do better than my 9.2.
