Hey!! You're interested in this book as well? I've been looking for this book in 9.8 for months now. Glad to see a fellow grader who is interested in Books of Magic #1 ;)

 

Anyways, the book looks like at least a 9.4 to me. From what I can see (I might be wrong), there is a decently sized tear on the corner (backside). Either way, a great looking book :)
