How to get a evaluation of my comics 0

Hi all,

can you tell me what is the best way to get an evaluation of a comic and a possible grade (not official but just to get a rough idea) before sending it to the CGC?

sure, take a bunch of pictures, and post them in the "Hey Buddy Can you Spare a Grade" subforum here on the CGC boards.  Strangers will come by and offer their opinions.

Or take it to your local comic book store, and give the store owner like a dollar or five and have him/her do it.
