Amazing Spider-Man #301; calling it VF/NM. If I had to guess at a number, I would expect it to net out between 9.0-9.4. It has the misfold, but that black edge actually makes color breaks easy to see, and there's only one visible from the front and a couple visible from the back cover. There are non- color-breaking creases on the front spine, but not too many for high end of VF/low range of NM.
