Edit: following another thread covering this issue.

Any thoughts if CCS or another 3rd party would be able to remove the ink from the cover?

the ink does not pass through the cover but did leave indentation.

possibly. But I must ask why bother? The book doesn't look to be in high grade so why spend significant dollars on a book to have it restored? Makes no financial sense.

Assuming the book is a VG ( 4.0 ), a CGC 4.0 sells for around $325.

Spending money to remove the ink will cost more than that and you will end up with a restored label. The book is covered in creases, dents, wear and color loss and that is just in the section you have shown.

I agree, there is no benefit to get this book restored.

i didn't think of it getting a restored label if it was removed.
