Is anybody familiar with this issue? I can't seem to find much information.

RED SONJA #1 RIVERA RED FOIL STATUE INCENTIVE

From what I can tell, this is the Holy Grail of Variants from the Red Sonja Series by Dynamite in 2005

Very RARE, it was only sent out with the first set of limited numbered statues, even then only 1 of 3 Statues were sent with the comic.

Would love to get some more information
