Well, those last two images seem to reinforce the worldwide popularity of Star Trek!

And/or shots taken on set in between takes. I think that’s what the cover to #9 is: an uncropped publicity photo taken on set and Nimoy’s cigarette had to be airbrushed out. 
 

My guess is that the Kirk and Sulu picture on #1 is from Squire of Gothos between takes but I’d have to double-check.

Yeah, pretty sure that Kirk/Sulu picture on #1 is from Squire.

Well, these aren’t Silver Age, but since the program in the first post is from the 70’s hopefully this will be ok.

Interesting the the cover to that book is nearly identical to this:

 

I wonder if the pictures in the book are identical to the slides on the reels?
