Signed first page by Joe Simon. Lots of staining along right middle throughout book.  And coupon cut out BC. All pages firmly attached and no brittleness.  Still some cover gloss on the metallic cover.  

Obviously lower grade but unsure with the staining and cut out, how low it goes.  Thanks for your thoughts.

2.0 for me because of the size of the coupon cut and staining. Also don't believe CGC would recognize it as being signed.

Thanks -  and yes, CGC won't recognize the signature as authentic but should notate on the label something like "Joe Simon" written on first in ink which works for me.  I was thinking a 1.0 with the stain and cutout.

Thanks, Jack.  Another I have had for a long time.  It wasn't I who had Simon sign it.  I bought it that way.  This may have been a Wooley's win.
