Jim's a great guy, and he understands the issue from the creator point of view...but only the creator point of view. 

As I've said elsewhere, creators have really no concept of how and why comic books are valuable.

Here, let me help: there's no such thing as an "ad hominem attack." An "ad hominem argument" means you make an argument, and someone else says "your argument is invalid because you're a dunce." THAT would be an ad hominem argument. You're confusing that with ribbing, which is what is taking place.

My eye is feeling better and the swelling has gone down considerably, although it’s still slightly swollen. Instead of seeing a doctor about it I’m going to spend the day working on my car
