I'm no grader but pages look very off white to me but comic unread and nice colours otherwise.

Good question.... looks like a 20mm wide imprint/line/smudge going down parts of the right hand side on front cover

Anyone got any ideas on what these black vertical lines may be ?

They seem impregnated so is it perhaps a printing flaw ?

Well if it is a manufacturing fault, it appears to be the only one of it's kind for sale on ebay, so cgc wouldn't make any allowances for it, I'd say it will be in the VF bracket as a result. See what others say.
