This particular copy also has a history, it's from the Bakerstowne warehouse. It's a book I got there about 15 years ago, maybe more, the books there were unread, and in various states. . There is a  bit of distributor's on the bottom, it's pretty light, great color because it was in the dark since it was "born", nice spline and a big corner crease on the front. It's at least VG+ (4.5) maybe a little better. Bin is $115.00  sold to Norrin's Lawyer,

Sorry...it was hanging around a lot longer than I expected it to. 

I will list 2 Adventure comics from the 50's tomorrow in this thread, and that will be the end of the thread. I'll leave it open for a few days and hopefully will have the Batman thread ready by Sat Morning:)

I don't think it's paint on either place, but I think a child was playing with a wet paintbrush. Maybe it ws Glenn Kelly, his name is stamped on the cover. To be safe, I'm going to grade this as a good (2.0) Bin is $115.00

Superman #135, 1960, The 2nd appearance of Lori Lemaris and a Mr. Mxyzptlk appearance. I cried the first time I read this one *sniff*

The Tiro of Steel Superbaby, Superboy and Superman all in one story. This is probably the nicest condition book I'm listing tonight (or last night) there are a few slight indentations but it's at least a Fine+ 6.5 as is, maybe better. Bin is $125.

#188, Only 9 on the census. One of the 40 page issues (20 pages plus covers) from 1953. There are 4 stories, Superboy (Pa Kent hits his head) Dr. Aquaman, Johnny Quick, and Green Arrow. Book looks nice with a bit of creasing near the lower spine and some light tanning inside the covers. Grade is Fine- (5.5) or a little better. Bin is $120.00
