Here's my copy of Amazing Spider-Man #101. It has a spine split at the bottom (less than 1/2 inch). And, as you can see, it has some distributor's ink (is that right?). I think this distributor's ink is the cause of the stain on the upper-left corner.

Your thoughts?

A book with a massive amount of distro ink recently received a 5.5. It was much more noticeable than on this copy. Based on that, I would think this book would land in the 6.5 - 7.0 range, partly because of the spine split (it actually looks like there's a small piece out of the bottom spine). I hope this helps...
