A lot of people are passing their turn so I filled out the FINAL RANKINGS.... There are times when there is an unavoidable TIE. Many TIES were broken by number of Bullseyes. However, many also had ZERO bullseyes (which may have been a minor factor in your loss.  )

In that case, it should be first come first serve I guess or whatever @thehumantorch decides

Not a Moderator any more... Not even a partial one I think. @DeadOne would more likely be one than either Flying Donut or myself at this point. (We were able to see certain things normal users couldn't.)
