Don't have either book on hand at the moment so I am using pics pulled from MCS for reference. The Definitive Frazetta is softcover and the Dave Stevens book is hardcover, both books were bought new and are in excellent condition.

The House of Terror 3-D in 3.0 or so. 1950s classic from the 3-D craze. Nice solid copy with some moisture ripple. Comes with glasses intact...which I'm dying to tear out and use to read it!...but I'll leave that decision to the winner.

Journey Into Mystery #75, 3.5. Fun prehero Marvel, with art by Kirby, Ditko and others.

Science Comics V2 #2, 3.5. (Not "the" Science Comics #2... but you'll be the owner of "a" Science #2! Tell your friends!)

Swamp Thing #10, 6.5/7.0, Wrightson classic, front looks 8.0ish;

House of Secrets #106, 6.5, beauty of a Wrightson horror cover; barest hint of an NCB center crease, otherwise 8.5.
