I worked in Mexico for a while and picked up Mexican versions of old comics and movie memorabilia at flea markets.  IIRC the wedding issue was a dream (sorry, suena), but it was still somewhat cathartic for a guy who stopped cold turkey with the ASM after issue 121.  The art was a collage of stats from Marvel issues and new art, stitching together stories.  And the women were drawn as hot as could be in hippie hot pants with flower girl prints.  Great stuff and surprised it flew under the radar as long as it has.

The Spanish publisher printed the book every two weeks, and were looking for more material.

 

Also - the issue of the marriage, as I understand it, is a dream - or just Pete's thoughts as he gets KO'd.

By the end of the issue & moving forward with the new material, he isn't married to Gwen. But, Gwen does

continue to show up in the new stories.

 

I believe issue #123 is Durán's first issue - and it looks like he's channeling some Neal Adams...

I do see a lot of mash-ups in the art.

I do like the covers...but some of it Is very...sexy? You can literally see her panties in one lol.
