Sweet looking copy, two non-breaking creases at top right bringing the grade down, along with some minor staining on the back. The larger crease is barely visible, running through top of the M into the A of the logo.

Looks like an 8.0 or better. I imagine the reason the grade got hammered is some light insect damage on the back cover, top left, see the scan. You will have a hard time finding a better looking copy.

This book appears to have come from a bound volume (untrimmed). It would have been a high grade copy if left alone, and still has great color. As can be seen in the scan there is color pull along the spine, and the spine is notched in 7 places. It's looks fairly solid otherwise. There is a small crack in the case visible at the bottom left of the back cover scan.

Congrats!  I remember gazing at this during the Comic Connect auction for Berk's books and just admiring it.  Out of my league but what a book!
