Shipping in the US is $6.00 for a well packed Flat Rate envelope.  use at least one Gator board plus cardboard. Someone once told me you could drive a truck over the Gator boards, I have not tried that;) but they are strong. I can fit up to 2 books safely in a FR envelope, after that I'll use a box (no extra charge). If you want to start with a box, I charge exact shipping. If you are out of the US, I'll ship however you'd like, for the exact amount. 

Out of the US, please pm me before buying if you need a shipping price. 

 

I pay for private insurance so that is included. If the book is over $250, it must go signature required. That means if you are out of the US and it's over $250 it has to go priority or Fedex.

 

I take returns for any reason, but you must let me know within 3 days of receipt and the book must be returned within 7 days shipped the way I sent it and packed it.. Buyer pays return shipping.

 

First Take it  wins, but I must see the take it if it's in a pm, if I have not acknowledged a take it in a pm, and someone posts one on the boards, then the board one wins (because it's sometimes hard to see the time in a PM).

 

Payment is due within 3 days unless we have an agreement about time  payments before you post a take it. 

All my comics come from a smoke free home. To the best of my knowledge none of these books have been pressed.

Good morning, had I realized it was daylight savings time I would have made it later, but I'm going to start now and finish this afternoon:)

I'm starting with the latest book (because I want to change it up, but I still need be in order;) There are lots of pictures, so each listing is going to take a little bit of time to load.

 

Batman #142, This is a great Sci Fi cover from the period when there were lots of cool Sci Fi Batman covers:)  1961 !Batman has a Robot Guardian !  

Nice color, nice pages, a small piece of tape inside and 2 pieces off the back cover. There is also a tear at the top edge. Grade is Gd  (2.0) but it looks a little better. Bin is $45.00

Batman #138, An under water cover for all of you who specialize in those:) Secret of the Sea Beast. Has a prehistoric sea monster come to Gotham? Oh no! 1961, nice color and pages. There is a hard crease on the back cover and some light creases you cannot see in the scan on the front. Grade is VG+ (4.5) and the bin is $60.00

Since I just collected whatever I could find to fill runs there is always a wide range of grades when I sell my books.

Here is an example.

 

Batman #135, 1960, Strange creature appears with a signal similar to the Bat _Signal! . There is a cool ad for JLA #1 inside.  Nice color and pages, a slight tanning halo and a tiny chip lower right. It's a very nice copy with a few tiny spine lines. Grade is Fine + (6.5) or a little better. Bin is $165.00

One of my favorite covers. 

 

Batman #133, the 1^st appearance of Bat Mite, in Batman (he did appear in Detective before this) 1960,

Catwoman and Ace complete the set, it's a great cover!. There is creasing and a few small tears. Grade is Gd+ (2.5) Bin is $68.00

Batman #131,Batwoman cover !  The 2^nd team. They finally get married;) 1960. Nice color and pages, there is a piece off the back cover and the bottom staple of the centerfold is detached.  The front looks nice. Grade is Good (because of the back, but it's a really nice good. Batman #128, More Sci Fi! 1959 Interplanetary Batman! There is a tear inside, about 2” and two small corners are missing. There is also a 1/2” cover spine tear, some ripples on the front. Book is complete and probably around Good. (2.0) Bin is $35.00

Batman #124, You have to love these old Sci Fi covers! “The Mystery Seeds from Outer Space.” “The Invisible Batman” and a Signalman appearance.

This is a nice copy, the scan is making the flaws pop a little more than it should, so I took a cell picture, too. Great color, nice pages, there are 3 very small stains on the inside cover that raise the paper a little on the outside,  crease upper right there is a small dent at the bottom you might not see in the scan.. Grade is Fine - (5.5)  or better ! Bin is $145.00

Batman 114 , a Bat Ape! 1958 Full page ad for Lois Lane 1

Nice color, some spine lines and a hard crease on the back. There are some non color breaking creases including a hint of a sub crease. Grade is VG/F or a little better (as is)(5.0) Bin is $175
