Batman #113, Another colorful Sci Fi cover from 1958. First appearance of Fatman. Nice color, lots of creases, a little ripple right edge and some small tears at the top and bottom of the cover, there is also a 1/2” cover spine split.. Grade is Good+ (2.5) Bin is $85.00 Sold to LarryW7

Batman #112, First Signalman. Someone seems to have taken over as Batman, or has he? Nice color, and a cover spine split down to the top staple and a crease partway down the middle of the cover. There is a tear on the back cover (about 1”)with a small piece missing as well. It's a really nice looking Good+ (2.5) Bin is $72.00

Batman #106 , “The Batman Puppet” from 1957. Nice color and a name written on the cover. There is a 3” tear on the front cover and a small piece off the margin of the centerfold. Grade is Good (2.0) bin is $48.00

Batman #104, Giant Sea Creature! 1956 . Tape stain upper left, and a 1” spine split top of the cover and about 1/2” at the bottom. Centerfold is detached at the top staple, some hard creases, nice pages! There is a small (less than 1” ) tear on the back cover. Grade is Good + (2.5) Bin is $67.00 Sold to Norrin's Lawyer

Batman #103, Bathound is a movie star! There is another story about Batman being interviewewed on TV, so it's almost a media issue;) 1956

There is a tape stain at the bottom of the spine and a 1” spine split. Colors are nice and creasing. I like the cover! Lowered for the split and the tape stain. Grade is Gd . (2.0) or a little better bin is $65 Sold to Norrin's Lawyer

Someone asked me why I was selling these. I'm just downsizing the number of books I have a little, and I'm doing some renovations, so I figured it was a good time. I've had most of these for a while and I hope someone else gets to enjoy them as I have.

I have 12 more books for this afternoon. I did not get a chance to start the Detectives, those will have to wait till next weekend.

I'm going to start off with a nice cover:)

Batman 96, with a Batmobile converted into a fire truck! 1955. This issue is a little harder to find than the others, it's also in a little worse shape. Cover is detached, front cover looks ok, but there is a piece missing on the back and some tears. The paper is very nice. Somehow (and I'm not thinking how:) a piece is missing from the last few pages and the cover ..see the pictures. Grade is Fair/Good but it looks a little better. Bin is $106

Batman #94, Balloon cover! 1955

There is a small part of the first story explaining Batman's reasons for becoming Batman. Alfred plays Batman in the 2^nd story and the SKY MUSEUM, is the 3^rd. Nice pages, the cover is detached and there is a small tear right side front cover. Grade is at least a Good (2.0) Bin is $ 72.00

Nice color and pages. There is creasing on the back and a hard crease upper right front. Grade is VG (4.0) bin is $120.00

Batman #85, Joker Story and one about the keeper of the Bat Signal. 1954 20 pages plus covers (40 sides)

There is a small pieces off lower right and some damage on the top edge (looks like what I hope were bugs) Nice color and pages. Grade is VG or a drop better. Bin is $125 sold to oceans11, @15% off.

Batman #83, Bowling cover. 1954, a 40 page (plus covers) book from 1954. There is a pretty interesting story about amnesia and an odd “twist”.

Nice pages, some all over wear. Some dirt on the back, general creasing, a small tear on the back. It's at least a Good + (2.5)(a 4.5 sold recently for $325) . Bin is $135.00

Batman #78, The 1st prototype for the Martian Manhunter. 1953 This book was always supposed to be scarce. I'm not certain it's actually “scarce” but it was never easy to find, and it seems to be going up, probably because of the Supergirl TV show.A 40 page (plus covers) book from 1953.

There are some small tears on the book, a few small missing pieces, a 1” cover spine split next to a small tear and there is a tape stain inside the top front cover. Grade is Gd/VG, (3.0) bin is $275.00
