Rough estimate needed before I send for grading 0

I know this book will not mean much to some but for me it's one of my favorite covers of all time. I'm going to get this comic graded regardless but I was wondering if you could give me a rough indication of what penalties this book will incur based on the attached photos. I understand you'd need to see the rest but based on the photos what would be the highest i could expect? thanks in advance for your help.

PS I would like the highest grade possible so would this book benefit from a press?

This will not press out (color breaking).  I think the best you would do on this book is 9.0-9.2, even with a press.

Yeah, there are several other defects.  I just picked the most obvious one to illustrate the point.
