I came across this giant (13”x21”) hardcover and was wondering if this was a one off or part of a series of books?

Oops!  Sorry, misread your post.  I saw lots of large books featuring Kirby & Marvel, but none the same size & weight.  Doesn't mean there aren't, or won't be any.  I'll keep my eyes peeled!

I know you did not write the book or have anything to do with its publication but...

Why do issues 208 - 213 get excluded??? (or at least 210 -213)

I don’t believe that this book is part of a series but some of IDW’s Artist’s Edition books are similarly huge.
