Creatures on the Loose #16 (First Gullivar) set of two copies.  Both were bought as 9.2 from dealers.  I'm thinking more 9.0/9.2.  Asking $24 for the set of two books.

Deathlok Annual #1, signed and dated by Jimmy Palmiotti, Marvel Two in One #54 signed by George Perez (please note that there is a scuff through the "Death" part of the title; hard to see in regular light, but definitely there when tilted) and Captain America #286 (newstand) inscribed "To Paul, John Beatty".  All three about VF/NM.  Discounted to $15 for the set of three.

Very cool! I remember reading a copy of that from my local public library back in the mid 1980’s when I was still in Grade School.
