Hey so I’m new to grading I just upgraded to a paid membership so I could mail my books out and its still only letting me submit it to shows and not to mail what do I do

At any point, you can do what you would do when you are having any type of customer service issue with any company:  Contact the company directly and ask about your transaction with relevant information.  They have phones and emails and employees who are literally paid to answer your questions.
