What are your thoughts on the grade of this book? Thanks!

you'll get more responses with a back cover pic/scan (eg poss soiling/stain issues) and a pic of an interior page

Looks like a thin long color breaking crease on the TRC and a much smaller one of the LRC, a chip on the top front plus a few spine creases (spine looks good for an old book)

My very amateur guess (which assumes no major issues inside or on back cover) is
