When I was at C2E2, I dropped off 2 submissions, they said "we have to charge you now even though it's on the invoice"  I thought to myself, I'm going to be charged twice.   Sure enough, charged twice when they got back to base...Anyone who dropped off books at C2E2, double check your bank statements, it obvouisly didn't go as planned for them to charge you upfront.
