Thanks for any thoughts on the grade, centerfold and cover on, tear on top etch, and spine roll.

major defects: 1/2 to 3/4" bottom spine split, significant wear left upper corner with some paper loss, 3-4" color breaking crease, lots of color breaking and non-CB cover wear, several small edge tears, minor soiling on title logo, tanning pages, back cover upper old spine tape removal stain(?), spine roll.  strong colors and presents well for the grade.  no terrible defects

CGC 3.0

A press would make it look and present nicer by removing some of the non-color breaking wear and the spine roll, but I don't think it would raise the grade.
