Intact is one word. Sorry, its a pet peeve of mine. The book looks pretty nice. I would say 8.5.

defects: several small color breaking spine tics, minor left upper and lower corner wear and minor edge wear upper left edge, 1" diagonal partial color breaking crease by Warlock's foot in left lower corner.

CGC 8.5, though you could get hit with an 8.0 on a bad day as defects really show on this glossy black cover. pretty solid 8.5
