Plastic Man #43, even tougher to find, Quality 1953 and they are still jumping on the PCH bandwagon with a Vampire cover and story;)

Nice color and pages some chipping at the top edge, with a 1” tear at the top edge and a cover spine split at the bottom, a little less than 1”. Paper on the cover is slightly tanning at the top, but the inside pages are light and supple. Grade is Good+, Bin is $50.00

This is a special book, not that they all aren't.

Startling Comics #12, Hitler Tojo and Mussolini cover, 1942, Better Publications

Startling Yank and a Hitler cover. Pages are nice, color on the cover is great, there are two missing corners some tiny pieces of tape inside the covers and two tiny pieces of tape on the centerfold staples.

This book was part of the “Evelyn Collection”. Evelyn's husband had a huge collection that she sold when he passed away. Her husband was involved in a microfiche project along with a number of other collectors and when the books were copied, the staples were removed and then most times the same ones were put back (that's how the tape got inside the spine) It's possible these were new staples and not the originals, I really don't know, but they are shiny.

The book is not easy to find, a 1.8 sold in Jan for $1100, this is certainly better than a 1.8, Bin is $1200.00  $1050.00   SOLD by PM

Thrilling #58, Schomburg cover. Better Publications 1947

Great cover image, but it's been exposed to moisture and the cover is not flat, it's also detached and there is a split a little less than 2” above the bottom staple (cover only) Colors are nice and if you want to read it, it's certainly readable. There are only 11 on the census. Grade is Good (2.0) and Bin is $125.00  $110.00   sold to  Skow!

USA Comics #2, Timely, Hitler cover. 1941.

This is another book from the “Evelyn collection” and it's possible that the staples were replaced. There is a small amount of color touch at the top (not much) some tape and a clipped panel. I have another wrap I'll include with the book that has the missing panel.

The book has grade color, pages are supple, but they are in the cream range. It's a wonderful comic and not very easy to find.

 Bin is $1400  $1250.00

USA #3, Timely 1941.

This book is also from the “Evelyn collection”. The cover is detached, and there some tape inside the spine. The staples were removed from this copy (not by me, I got it this way) One wrap had a piece torn off, so I replaced it with a wrap from another copy. I still have the original wrap and that is included.

Some of the pages are splitting at the top of the spine, it's readable, but you need to be careful The cover looks pretty good:) and it's not easy to find. Bin is $625.00  $550.00  Sold

Venus #9, 1950, Early Atlas Horror.

This might have been in some kind of binder, there are indentations at the spine (cut in) There is some chipping at the the edge of the cover, but the rest of the cover is fine, so I think that part might have been exposed. The actual pages are OW and supple, the right edge of the cover is tanned and fragile. Grade is  Fair Gd (1.5) Bin is $135.00

Plastic Man #39, 1953 Quality Comics

I would not normally associate Plas with PCH, but this is probably as close as you can get;)

Nice color, nice pages, some creasing and crayon/date-stamp on the front and a stain on the top of the back cover. Small piece of tape inside at the bottom of the spine, might be archival. Grade is VG- (3.5) or maybe a little better, Bin is $75
