Invincible Iron Man #10 (barcoding question) 0

Hey! 

Just had a question rgd the above title with 1st Pepper Potts Rescue Armour. 

The variant first edition conics featuring the iron face cladding, seem to have two different barcodes on the same variant. Some finish 01011 verse others 01031. 

Can anyone shed some light on this please and whether the 31 are any rarer than the 11?

The top is the "regular" variant, while the bottom is the "super secret retailer variant."

The "super secret retailer variant" is supposed to be the rarer one, but it looks like they're about the same.

Its actually pretty easy to find out, just get a job at the printer or in Marvel's publishing department.  Of course you'll never be able to tell anyone and probably will have to sign some contract stating you won't try to profit inappropriately from your knowledge.  Buy you'd know.
