Where did this McFarlane Symbiote Spider-Man cover come from? 0

Symbiote Spider-Man has a 1:100 variant cover by Todd McFarlane.  Is this just an old cover Marvel owned from the 90s that they're using? I have searched all over and cannot find any information at all about it. Has Marvel had a McFarlane cover on any other books since he left? Does anyone think Mcfarlane would refuse to sign this?

It was also a cool poster that I hung in my son’s room when he was a little guy. It’s weird to think that the McSpidey era was 30 years ago.
