I used to outbid them but now I am outbid on almost all of them - all of the auction companies included eBay. I haven't won a single book in eBay since December.

I don't let even the relatively high California sales tax stop me from bidding on a book, but with eBay, "I feel your pain".  I used to win books there most of the time, but that's really turned around in the last few years, and now it's damn near never.  Last night I bid $261 on a poor copy of Chilling Tales in the last 5 seconds -Poor because it was missing the center wrap- and still got outbid by another sniper, or it may have been a  hidden bidder reserve.

I figured it out. you need to go to the VERY small link at the bottom for resolution center. Once there its easy and got a very nice rep on the phone in 2 minutes. 

What reason(s) did they give?
