First time mailing comic 0

I have never gone through the process before, but I want to send my comic in to be graded. 

From what I've read, all I will need to do is send it through the mail?  or is there a form I need to fill out before hand?

CGC also has their own website with instructions and forms.  They also have a phone number and email and employees who are paid to answer your questions and help you submit.

Just be sure you pack your books well to insure they're well protected from any clumsy postal employees.
