eBay item cancelled 0

How does a item get cancelled without me cancelling the item? I was the seller and I didn’t cancel the item but the buyer got his money back and still has my item

I have called them 4-6 times and they just tell me the item was cancelled on my end. I’m still working on getting my item back so I don’t want to post to much

Uhg. That sounds like a mess and hopefully it all works out for you.

I wonder if you have something set up in your account where eBay will automatically open a case if a buyer does not pay within a certain time and then close the case after a certain amount of time.

But that wouldn't make sense in this case since you stated the buyer already received the item. Did you ship before being paid?

I've only had this happen once, and it's not a good situation at all. eBay must have intervened on the buyer's behalf and reimbursed them. You need to contact a customer service rep to resolve this or you're in danger of getting
