It’s signed by herb but don’t know who actually painted it.  I tried to do research on it but still don’t know who painted it.  anyone help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking Dave Gutierrez.  He also inked a few of Gene Colan's modern commissions.

Yes, that’s absolutely Dave G’s signature. I have some art by him. Gene Colan chose him in his later years as his inker for many of his commissions. Extremely talented guy.

How would I know who actually was the penciller?  I now know Dave Gutierrez was the colorist.   I suppose itcould Be a print thats colored

My initial thought was that Trimpe was the penciller on this panel recreation and that Dave inked and colored it but of course it could be a print as well. Dave’s on CAF, send him a message and inquire.
